WHAT'S IN STORE FOR THE TURTLE TEAM?
Iām so excited about this, excited about using my experiences and what Iāve learned to help and inspire others. If you had told me just 1 year ago the things iād be interested in, what I would achieve, what Iād learned and how my whole outlook has changedĀ I would have politely smiled at you and internally thought you were weird!Ā But here I am!
TheĀ two thingsĀ I want to make people understand right from the very start and throughout this is thatĀ Iām no expert,Ā no courses, qualifications or 20+ years spent in fitness of health, what Iām sharing areĀ the things a normal person can do, from the things Iāve learned and researched and been fascinated by, I want to give others,Ā you, the ability to learn from this and make your own life changing..changes.
The second thing is thatĀ Iād never been to a gym 12 months ago, never really done sport, in fact for at least 25+ yearsĀ never exercised or done any real activity, Iāve had an apple watch for years but used to enjoy ignore its prompts and challenges, chalking them off that they were meant for other people not me!Ā In my opinion iām the typical 40 somethingĀ who may have hadĀ good intentions, has certainly tried a fewĀ ānewā dietsĀ and basically assumed that fitness and being lean was about genetics, and body type and that wasnāt me.
But this normal, average overweight man has found out that almost everything I knew, or thought i knew, about health, nutrition, fitness, body and mindset was at best misguided, and at worstā¦just wrong.
SoĀ whatever it is you want to achieve,Ā whatever age you are,Ā whatever you think is stopping youĀ orĀ whatever you think is out of reachĀ I want to show you, inspire you and guide you through the Tortoise TeamĀ to become a better version of yourself, not for anyone else but forĀ YOU.
Not through fads, quick fixes or tricks..thats not the tortoise tam wayā¦but through long term, sustainable, easy, compounding every day things you can start to make a lifetime of change possible.
